Ingredients: 

2 ripe tomatoes
Fresh Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Fresh chives
Chive oil
Balsamic vinegar reduction
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 

Stack a slice of tomato, slice of cheese and two chive spears. Salt and pepper between each layer and drizzle balsamic vinegar reduction and chive oil on top.
