1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
1/4 cup of green onions, thinly sliced
1 large egg
1/4 pound of butter
1 pound of jumbo lump crab meat
1 pound of claw crab meat
Combine all ingredients except crab meat. Fold in crab meat. Hand patty mixture into 4-ounce patties. Heat sauté pan and melt butter. Sauté crab cakes for three minutes per side until golden brown. Serve and enjoy. Makes 8 crab cakes.
