Celebrate the best in art, music and more with The Pawleys Island Festival of Music and Art

After a cancellation last year, the Pawleys Island Festival of Music and Art (PIFMA) is back and ready to kick off its 30th Anniversary celebrations.

Among this year’s featured performers, The Miracles, Tavares, and The Atlanta Rhythm Section are set to make an appearance.

“Many of these performers, scheduled to appear last year, have rearranged their schedules to be with us in 2021,” says Delores Blount, Festival Director. “Our audience is in for a real treat.”

PIFMA serves as the area’s nonprofit music and arts organization, with the goal of providing diverse music, arts and education events and programs. Their goal is to create a South Carolina that is a “mecca for the arts,” and the Festival is one of the ways in which PIFMA is working to enhance the quality of life of many South Carolinians. Founded by Dr. Lee Minton in 1991, the Festival has continued to grow and inspire locals and travelers alike since its inception.

The event will kick off with their Wine and Food Gala on October 7 at The Reserve Golf Club of Pawleys Island, followed by a full calendar of events through October 23.
