Kick off your summer at the CCMF
The Carolina Country Music Fest (CCMF) is back for its sixth year of music and fun in Myrtle Beach. This year’s lineup features fan-favorites like Darius Rucker, Kelsea Ballerini, and Eric Church. The event kicks off on Thursday night, with the festivities spanning from June 10-13. With over 30 country music stars performing, this is an event no country music fan will want to miss out on.
Mike Stephens, festival director, says fans and performers alike are going to bring a new energy to the festival.
“It’s been 18 months of uncertainty and cancellations… Music in general brings people together, and that’s what people need these days.” he says, recalling the challenges they faced in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
For Stephens and many others, this isn’t just a return to form, it’s a new beginning. CCMF, for many, signals the beginning of tourist season for the Myrtle Beach area. Beginning in 2015, the festival quickly became a Myrtle Beach staple. Today, the festival promises to bring together both amazing local businesses and large national brands for an electric, special weekend.
The festival not only includes some of country’s hottest artists playing on four stages. There is also a zipline, multiple merchandise booths, two VIP areas, four amazing stages, and more!
CCMF has been a long-running favorite of Myrtle Beach locals and country fans alike. This year is shaping up to be CCMF’s biggest year yet, with more artists and entertainment announced almost every day. If you’re looking for a good time and great music, look no further than CCMF 2021.
