This Valentine Warm-Up Pre-Party was an afternoon filled with food, music, an art and book fair with author signings, and raffles. The event was a benefit for Bike the Neck, a grassroots committee devoted to maintaining the Waccamaw Neck Bikeway path from Murrells Inlet to Georgetown.
