Twenty-seven legendary golf holes are within driving distance.
Most of us have only seen these glorious golf holes on television during professional tour events. But did you know that these same legendary holes are in your own backyard? International World Tour Golf Links gives you the opportunity to play golf in a Grand Strand setting.
The course features 27 holes that are modeled after famous holes from 23 courses in six countries and 10 states. Among the courses represented are St. Andrews, Augusta National, Pinehurst No. 2, TPC Sawgrass, Winged Foot, Olympic Club, Oakmont Country Club, and Baltusrol.
More than one million cubic yards of dirt were moved to authentically recreate the features and hazards of the 27 holes, and they all combine for a fun and memorable round. The holes are broken into three, nine-hole layouts—the Open, Championship, and International nine. The course’s length is respectable, with the longest eighteen-hole combination playing about 6,688 yards.
You can test your skills on the holes the masters have played for decades: Augusta National’s Amen Corner; the eighteenth hole at St. Andrews, complete with its trademark stone bridge; even Inverness No. 18 of Scotland, which Jack Nicklaus dubbed “the hardest hole I ever played!”
With twenty-seven of the world’s most legendary golf holes represented, this Myrtle Beach course promises a trip around the golf world all within the
