Catch legend of country music Travis Tritt live at The Carolina Opry this January

Still going strong after launching his music career 30 years ago, country music artist Travis Tritt will take the stage at the Carolina Opry this January. The Marietta, Georgia, native is a part of the legendary “Class of ’89” along with the likes of Clint Black, Alan Jackson and Garth Brooks. This impressive group of artists dominated the charts in the early 1990s. Over the course of his career, Tritt has released 11 studio albums and charted many singles, including 19 Top 10 hits. Some of these favorites include “Modern Day Bonnie and Clyde,” “T-R-O-U-B-L-E,” “Best of Intentions,” “Here’s a Quarter” and “It’s a Great Day to Be Alive.” Tritt has netted two Grammy Awards for Best Country Collaboration with Vocals, won Billboard’s 1990 Top New Male Artist Award, and has received several Country Music Association Awards.

Tritt’s performance at the Carolina Opry will be a rare opportunity for fans of the multi-platinum artist. Concertgoers will experience Tritt playing in an intimate solo-acoustic setting, where his guitar and his powerful voice will be the subjects of the spotlight. The music will be punctuated by personal stories and anecdotes about the singer’s life and musical influences. This Grand Ole Opry Member is sure to host a memorable show at our own Carolina Opry.
