Get your body beach-ready with these refreshing treats

If a quick nutrition fix is what you’re after, consider a smoothie. With a base of antioxidant-rich organic fruit, smoothies are an excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals that help with immune boosting and anti-aging, says Bay Naturals owner Angela Holmes.

Here are a few of Bay Naturals’ metabolism-revving recipes. The Second Wind gives that extra boost of energy, the Blueberry Almond Tart is rich and refreshing and the creamy Chocolate Chiller quenches that craving.
