Outdoor farmers markets offer local produce and more
Not only is Myrtle Beach fertile in the surrounding coastal waters brimming with fresh seafood, but also on the lands that produce fresh fruits and vegetables practically year-round. And this is the perfect season to stop by and pick up some fresh foods and produce at one of the many outdoor farmers markets throughout Horry and Georgetown counties, with a smattering made possible by the Waccamaw Market Cooperative (WMC). Here’s where to find them and a sampling of what you’ll find when you get there:
