Exceptional customer service, is what sets the company apart, in Chestnut’s mind. Chestnut believes in People, Passion and Purpose.

“My focus are our people that are the magic ingredient to our success and to the Inspire Brand. Our team exemplifies daily their care and compassion for our residents. They love what they do and it shows! This passion cultivates a wonderful work environment and in return provides our residents with top-notch service. It is that simple! When your team is happy everyone is happy,” Chestnut says.

Chestnut and the team are also committed to improving and working with the community.

The company is involved with many volunteer efforts, including working with New Directions of Horry County, Myrtle Beach, The Red Cross, Toys for Tots, and numerous other charitable causes.

“INSPIRE Royal Park offers a multi-level social calendar with at least three planned activities each week. We offer something for everyone,” Lento says. “Our clubhouse is over 14,000 square feet and features a hair salon, dog salon, yoga studio, 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness center, heated swimming pool, creative arts studio, and a movie theater. For women just getting started, they offer this advice:

“Focus on networking yourself into the community. Know your passion and apply it to local organizations. Stand out in the audience and do not forget to ask questions,” Chestnut says.“The most important thing is, be kind to others.”

“I suggest being involved in the community, networking, and making a diverse friend group to help you grow is important,” Baker says. “Participate in as many networking events as possible and make as many connections and friends as you can,” offers Lento. “You get a lot of information from others and you can learn so much from their perspective.”

“Work hard but take the time to enjoy life,” says Cox.

“Be where your feet are. Give everyone and every moment your best,” says Gillens.
