Founded in 1933, Anderson Brothers Bank is celebrating its 90th anniversary. We opened our doors during the Great Depression in the back of a tobacco warehouse. We have continued to expand our service and now have 25 branches throughout the Grand Strand, Pee Dee, and Low Country regions. Over the past 90 years, our mission has remained the same— helping families and businesses in our local community.

Anderson Brothers Bank is a full-service community bank offering various services for businesses and consumers. We continue to take an innovative approach to providing our customers with the everyday ease and convenience of banking. Aside from our conveniently located branches with welcoming lobbies and services, we offer online banking, including easy-to-apply loan applications, mobile banking for customers on the go, a wealth of banking knowledge, and services through our local call center. Anderson Brothers Bank is well-equipped to meet all consumer checking and savings account needs, personal loans, credit card needs, and mortgage loans. Our extensive business loans, cash management, and personal service can also benefit businesses.

Over the past 90 years, we have set ourselves apart from many of our competitors by remaining family owned and operated. While many other banks are merging, closing, or changing their names, we have remained true to our roots and strive to be the bank where people love to work and do business.

We strive to show our customers the benefits of a personal relationship with their hometown lender. These relationships have deep community roots, and we are vested in our customer’s financial success.

One key to our success is our employees. President/CEO David E. Anderson realizes that with the right people, our bank will reach its full potential. He has formed a team of individuals with the same goals and mission of serving the community. Historically, the banking industry has been predominantly male-oriented. However, Anderson Brothers Bank has empowered women to serve in various roles within the bank, ranging from Loan Officers, Branch Managers, Chief Officers, and Vice Presidents. With women in leadership positions, the face of banking, challenging stereotypes, and glass ceilings are shattering along the way. The women of Anderson Brothers Bank have demonstrated their aptitude and ambition in various areas of banking and encourage more women to pursue rewarding careers in the banking industry.

As a community bank, we are committed to the community. We pledge to serve and nurture our customer’s financial success. We understand and embrace our customers and businesses. We give back to our communities through financial education, fundraisers, community events, and causes. We channel loans to neighborhoods where our depositors live and work, which keeps the local economy churning. If you are looking for a bank that can provide you with the banking services you need and do it with a smile, join the Anderson Brothers Bank family. We care about you and our community and strive to make your banking easy!
