21 Main Prime Steakhouse & 21 Main Events at North Beach is a New York company that has been a mainstay in South Carolina for 14 years. “We have kept true to a northern-style service with Southern influences. We are truly ‘Where New York Style Meets Southern Charm,’” explains Director of Sales Casey Mungavin.
Along with full-service catering and events with planning, the company recently distinguished itself further. 21 Main Prime Steakhouse was deemed the official steakhouse of the PGA Tour for The Myrtle Beach Classic tournament.
Casey notes that 21 Main Events has been hosting weddings that are a bit less traditional, perhaps, but remain tailored and well planned.
“There are no ‘right or wrong’ ways to conduct a wedding ceremony, and incorporating Grandmas as flower girls, for example, is just one new tradition that we just love! I have been planning weddings here on the Grand Strand for more than a decade now, and I can honestly say each wedding has been successfully unique in its own way,” she notes.
Mungavin, through her education and experience, offers advice to women who are starting out in the business world: “Do your homework about the community and field you are in and build confidence. Nothing is stronger than an intelligent, confident woman.”
