Taylor Vivona & James Smith

When Taylor relocated to South Carolina, she was moving into an apartment with one of her closest friends. James, who lived directly above them, accidentally walked in, thinking it was his apartment. Though it was a weird way to meet, it makes a great story! They hit it off. When Taylor was 33 weeks pregnant with the couple’s daughter, James popped the question in the middle of their maternity photo session. Taylor and James tied the knot at Charleston’s Magnolia Plantation in a beautiful fall wedding. The color palette featured burnt orange and burgundy, with hints of sage and ivory for a whimsical and romantic feel. Flowers played a big part of the style of the wedding, from the bouquets to the centerpieces to a flower crown for the bride. The off-the-shoulder lace dress featured a sheer low V with small beading for the perfect touch of sparkle. The groom wore a burgundy suit with black accents and slick black shoes to match. The couple said “I do” under an arbor draped with flowers and greenery. A table draped in a long burgundy linen held bubbles for the guests to blow when the pair came down the aisle. The first dance and father-daughter dance were very special to the bride, as was dancing the night away with friends and family.
