Katie and Kendall met during their first year at Coastal Carolina University when they randomly struck up a conversation in the hallway between classes. After three years of dating, the pair planned a day trip to Charleston to celebrate their anniversary. Kendall popped the question at a little gazebo while the pair were enjoying a walk at Magnolia Gardens. The wedding was held at the Holliday Cottage at Brookgreen Gardens. The formal and gardenesque theme featured florals in pinks and deep reds with eucalyptus vines, a staggered brick wall with tea lights surrounding the area and a stunning crystal chandelier at the top of the tent that covered the courtyard. Dessert included a two-tier hummingbird cake, as well as cupcakes in lemon, chocolate and marble flavors. The pair opted for an intimate wedding with just 65 guests, which made it all the more special. Katie and Kendall live in Myrtle Beach.
