Courtney and Brian met at Waccamaw High School when she was a senior and he was a junior. They dated throughout their four years of college at the University of South Carolina and through Courtney’s first two years of veterinary school at St. George’s University in Grenada. Since they are huge Disney fanatics, when it came time to propose Brian knew it had to be at the Magic Kingdom. He popped the question in front of the enchanted rose in the Beast’s Castle. The wedding took place at St. Luke’s Chapel in Charleston in front of family and friends from grade school, high school, college and vet school. A reception at the Francis Marion Hotel followed the ceremony and the night ended with a private carriage ride around downtown Charleston. Once Courtney finishes a year of clinical studies at the University of Missouri, the couple plans to reside in Pawleys Island.
