Addison Miles is well on his way to a professional surfing career. He’s part of the ESA All Star team and in May won the ESA Mid-Atlantic regionals in Carolina Beach, N.C.

Surfing champion Cam Richards is just as comfortable riding waves along the Grand Strand as he is anywhere around the world, including this pipe in Bali. He recently returned from Australia where he placed third in Rip Curl’s GromSearch international surfing contest.

Eastern Surfing Association 2011 winners, all from the Grand Strand, and all belonging to the Village Surf Shoppe team, are Addison Miles, Cam Richards and Micha Cantor. Richards also won the Men’s NSSA U.S. Open, taking the top spot in the nation.
