Instead of relishing life, Joy falls into a downward spiral after her heart transplant, wondering if she really deserves a second chance. Meanwhile, Hank and Alice mourn the loss of their son, Jack, whose heart saved Joy. At a friend’s urging, Joy tracks down Jack’s family to find closure.
