This Chicago band became famous for its mid-’70s to early ’80s albums with songs that melded pop rock with hard-rock guitar, strong ballads and even elements of musical theater. Hits include “Lady, “Come Sail Away,” “Mr. Roboto” and “Too Much Time on My Hands.” The band plans to release a new album, their first in 10 years, in 2015.
