Frank's Outback in Pawleys Island hosted the annual Spring Gala for the Smith Medical Clinic on Sunday, April 19. Smith Medical Clinic provides free-of-charge medical care to residents of Georgetown County who do not have insurance and cannot afford to pay for medical care.
