The featured guest speaker at this HTC Distinguished Scholar Lecture is Freeman A. Hrabowski III, president of the University of Marlyand—Baltimore County (UMBC) since 1992. Hrabowski’s lecture will explore his research on science and math educaiton with an emphasis on minority participation and performance.
