The South Carolina Festival of Steel is a day-long event at Coastal Carolina University highlighting the music and culture of the Caribbean. Come hear Calypso, Soca, Latin jazz, and popular music performed throughout the day by high school and middle school steel bands from across the state of South Carolina. The day will conclude with a performance by CCU’s own CalypSamba with the festival’s guest artists.
