This performance by the Long Bay Symphony will feature the Coastal Carolina University Choir and the Carolina Master Chorale. Enjoy Modest Mussorgsky’s famous orchestral showpiece, based on paintings by his friend Viktor Hartmann. The music is inspired by visual imagery and includes works by Verdi, Beethoven, Stravinsky and contemporary composer Jennifer Higdon.
