Now in its 5th year, 2012’s Taste of the Coast will be the largest yet. Guests can sample specialties from many local restaurants, including The Melting Pot, Wild Wing Cade, Midtown Bistro, and Greg Norman’s Australian Grille. Diversity, a dynamic house band, will offer live entertainment. Throughout the day there will be dance and fine arts performances, as well as pony rides, face painting and inflatables for the younger set. Adult admission $1 or one canned good, kids admitted free.
