Dating back to the early years of the Winyah Rivers Foundation, the River Roast South, an event revived in 2008, has become a long-standing tradition for the area. With food provided by Bob Mimm’s from Litchfield Beach Fish House and beer supplied by New South Brewing Company, this is a delicious event. Full pockets accompany full bellies as procceds from this event benefit the Waccamaw RiverKeeper Program, supporting education and advocacy programs for protection of clean rivers and water.
