More than 300 Grand Strand residents were in attendance to commemorate the opening of the emergency and intensive care units at Loris Community Hospital, as well as the expansion of the Seacoast Medical Center. Hosted at the Grand Strand Resorts at Barefoot Resort Conference Center in North Myrtle Beach, all proceeds benefit Loris Healthcare System with its continued service and expansion projects.
