The Road to the Stage Discovery Series is a Battle of the Bands to showcase original music. Regional musicians and bands will compete over the course of four weeks at Calli Baker’s Firehouse for the grand prize of a Record/Distribution Contract with Joint Works Entertainment, a local record label. All
competing bands will receive a professional recording of their performance, an interview to beshared on Road to the Stage Official YouTube Channel and specialized merchandise from the series. The audience will help determine the winner of each event by voting for theirfavorite musician or band! This live eve nt is family-friendly and will take place from 3-10 pm on Sunday, June 14, 21, and 28 with the final performances on Sunday July 5. Also, expect curated vendors representing artisans and local businesses from Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. There will be raffles, food and drink specials, and an ice-cream truck each day of the series! Aportion of all proceeds will be donated to the Carolina Forest High School Band Program to help with their 2026-2027 Marching Band Competition Season.
