Swamptooth plants one foot firmly in the traditions of bluegrass, keeping a Southern string sound close while pressing the genre beyond its boundaries. Established in 2020, Swamptooth tours regularly throughout the Southeast, and their recording B-Flat Earth was released in 2021. The band consists of longtime picking partners Cory Chambers on mandolin and vocals; Jay Rudd on guitar and vocals; Vito Gutilla on fiddle and vocals; and Katie Rudd on bass.
