The Coastal Carolina University Country Band performs student arrangements of classic country standards, blues, Southern gospel, American folk, and pop-country hits under the direction of McKinley Devilbiss, CCU teaching associate. The Coastal Carolina University R&B Ensemble performs student arrangements of classic R&B standards, funk jams, soul tunes, and contemporary hits under the direction of James Pendell, CCU teaching associate.
