Josh Quigley, one of the original Grand Strand brewmasters, set the bar high for brew pubs with Quigley’s Pint & Plate. Strong Waters, a speakeasy style bar and restaurant in Myrtle Beach, was one of the first establishments to offer craft cocktails along the Grand Strand. The Old Smokey (their version of an Old Fashioned) is a show in and of itself.
