Celebrating its third year, this popular annual event includes live music, arts and crafts vendors, food and drink trucks, and plenty of seafood for sale, including prawns, paella, oysters, crab, whole fish, shrimp and more. This year, the festival is partnering with Linda Bean’s Maine Lobster to enhance the experience for VIP festival guests and sponsors. Darryl and Hansa Dayson are organizers of the event, which is sponsored by the nonprofit Dayson Diamond Youth Foundation. In addition to flying in live lobsters from Maine, there will be a fish market at the festival, with visitors buying the food and having it cooked/grilled according to their specifications. The festival is a fundraiser for children with incarcerated parents. General admission, weekend, and VIP passes are available. Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion, 812 N. Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach. Saturday, 3-11 p.m. General admission is free, with suggested multi-tiered VIP upgrades available, beginning at $20+.
