The International Chili Society (ICS) is the largest sanctioning body of chili cook-offs in the United States. Presented in part by Bush’s Best, each year hundreds of chili cooks compete nationwide to qualify for ICS’s season finale—the World Championship Chili Cook-off. In its 57th year and 4th year in Myrtle Beach, this rivalry determines who can bag the Championship title and their portion of a $75,000 payout! This extremely popular event features champion chili tastings, cooking demonstrations, lots of contests, beer gardens, food trucks, live music, craft and retail vendors, a kid zone, and more.
