Salty Dogs Senior Rescue and St. Frances Animal Shelter sponsor this day of celebrating dogs, bringing awareness to dogs in need and opportunities for area shelters to showcase dogs up for adoption. This 2nd annual Mardi Growl starts with a parade with dogs at noon around East Bay Park just off the bridge into Georgetown. There will be music, food trucks, lots of vendors, a kissing booth, photo ops, a dog agility course and lure course.  Dress up for you & your dog optional but come share in the fun.  This is a wonderful way to highlight local dogs who need love and a furever home!  East Bay Park, 515 East Bay St. Sunday, noon-4 p.m.  Free.
