Since 2004, Bistro 217 has set the bar high in Pawleys Island for lunch and dinner, melding Asian-Pacific tastes with Lowcountry staples – a winning combination. Locally sourced ingredients and chef/owner attention to detail is seen in each meal from the fried shrimp Bahn Mi, a Vietnamese-inspired sandwich, to the petite crabcakes, to fresh flounder brought in from local fishermen, they all work together to make this a crowd-pleasing, family friendly stop on the South Strand. Check out their sister restaurant, The Rustic Table, just next door as well.
