Hosted by the CARE House of the Pee Dee, this 5K/10K/Kids Fun Run is in honor and memory of a local 3-year-old that lost their life due to physical abuse and neglect—as well as every child that is subjected to abuse. Proceeds benefit the CARE House of the Pee Dee to support their mission of providing investigative, therapeutic, medical and advocacy services to children who have experienced abuse. Awards will be given based on fastest time in gender-separated age groups and overall winners for each race, as well as for best dressed! Be sure to dress as your favorite superhero and bring cash for local vendors that will be onsite during and after the race.
