Emily and Cody met in high school through mutual friends. After seven years together, Cody proposed while the pair was snowboarding together. Since he taught her how to snowboard their first year together and it’s been one of their favorite activities since, it was perfect! 

The September 1, 2019, destination wedding was held at Pine Lakes Country Club. Emily wore an all-lace fitted gown by Mikaella Bridal featuring a deep V neckline and low back. She wore a veil made from the lace of her mother’s wedding gown, which her sister also wore on her wedding day. Bobby Pins & Blushing Brides provided hair and makeup. Cody donned a blue suit from Men’s Warehouse, paired with brown shoes and a blue and white floral tie from Tie Bar. The colors were soft blue, white florals and greenery. Guests danced the night away to DJ Scott & Company and Luminous Event Films provided videography services.
