What do you want your style to say about who you are? Determined, Hardworking, Bold, Sister, and Friend.

Who inspires you? My mother, Geneva H. Greene. She’s the reason why I stay motivated and continue to persevere and not give up, even when obstacles attempt me from reaching my goals. My father died active duty in the military when my twin sister and I were 15 months old. She has been my co-pilot throughout life. She has witnessed and experienced first-hand my journey through my educational and personal goals from Kindergarten to earning my terminal degree and saying to myself, “Wow! I want to be as strong, powerful, independent, and courageous like her.”

Who is someone fashionable you follow on social media? Michelle Obama, she created her fashion and captivated the world through her fearlessness and grace. Through her effortless chic style, she’s able to be herself and inspire girls to realize they are their greatest power and the sky is the limit.

If you could raid anyone’s closet, who would it be and why? Kerry Washington, no matter if she’s rocking a pair of jeans, playing her role as Olivia Pope in Scandal, or the red carpet, she always does it fashionably well, keeps it savvy, and in good taste. Her boldness.

Are there any looks or pieces you once swore off that you now love? Bell bottomed/straight leg jeans and mixed colors.

How about anything you now swear off that you once loved? Pinstripe suiting.

How has your style evolved since you first made the Most Stylish list? I have moved to an even more sophisticated vibe. I try to keep balance between dressy and “stylishly casual” and wearing more accessories.

What is your best memory from being Most Stylish? Enjoyed the entire experience, but in particular, allowing individuals to be courageous, build connections, and live in the moment through FASHION as one of the Grand Strand’s Most Stylish!
