Crabcatcher’s on the Waterfront and the Southern Country Outlaws will be hosting a brand new country music charity event to benefit local veterans. The 1st annual Vet Fest will take place Saturday Mar. 21 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the waterfront, featuring 8 different local and regional acts. The event will host several vendors, food, beer, a 50/50 raffle and free haircuts for veterans. Tickets are priced at $20. The event is being conducted to raise awareness and funds for three local veterans organizations, Hutton House, Semper K9 and The Cut That Counts. Proceeds will benefit our heroes in need in the local area.
