This exclusive hike will take you along four miles of trails that are usually closed to the public. The hike will begin at the woods of Belle Baruch’s airport and continue to Barnyard Village. This African-American community contains extant buildings lived in until the 1940s, as well as 19th century brick rice mill ruins. While enjoying the views, discussion will revolve around cultural and natural history, as well as nature and ecosystems.
