While at home on Christmas Eve, Rachel’s guilty husband informs her that he has hired a hitman to kill her. She must flee for her life, which she does by scrambling out the kitchen window and into a snowy night. This dark comedy has Rachel go on to win $100,000 on a TV game show and begin a series of escapades involving numerous psychiatrists and an ill-fated reunion with her husband.
