Naturalist, educator, author and Emmy winner Dr. Patrick McMillan will be the guest speaker discussing 18th century English naturalist Mark Catesby. McMillan is a Clemson University professor and the host of PBS’s Expeditions with Patrick McMillan. Catesby published his “Natural History of Carolina, Florida and the Bahama Islands” sometime between 1729 and 1747.
