The Battleson Home
The Battleson Home: Kendall, clutching her maltese, one of five furry friends, says her day’s moment of peace is spent on her second floor enclosed porch that provides an ocean peek.
The Battleson Home: Kendall’s eye for detail is revealed in the home’s hardware and fixtures, like all the door hinges, the dining room buffet drawers that resemble post office boxes and the gold hand-painted chandelier dripping with diamonds.

The Tozzoli Home
Cindy Tozzoli’s Grande Dunes home is an exquisite exhibit of the finer things in her life, from her champagne, bronze and gold color palette throughout, to her dining room where she loves to entertain guests, to her luxurious bath. Gifts and antiques from travels around the world with her late husband are lovingly tucked into each corner.
The Tozzoli Home: Under the careful eye of the pair of solid marble lions, this backyard beauty at the Tozzoli home has everything you could dream of under the Carolina sun, from waterfall and pool to an outdoor kitchen to a large lounge and patio area for Cindy’s summertime socials.

The McKenzie Home
The McKenzie Home: Linda’s request for a sunroom renovation was the original reason she sought help from Grigg, but this was one of the last rooms she touched.
Linda McKenzie’s favorite hue of blue was interior designer Kimberly Grigg’s muse, as she transformed the Grande Dunes home into a sea of blue, from the regal mini master and bath to furnishings and wall fixtures.
The McKenzie Home: Linda’s years of professional dog training makes a statement in her collection of paintings, needlepoint pillows and ceramic knick knacks.
The Barker Home: Ocean by Design: The Barkers’ house was designed with beach time in mind, both creatively and by functionality. From paint shades of blue and sea foam to easy-clean tile flooring to nautical-inspired trinkets to beautifully unobstructed ocean views from all three floors.
