Jazz at the Winyah: Pam Purvis and Dan O’Reilly

Head to the beautiful historic Winyah Auditorium for an evening of great jazz. Pam Purvis began singing jazz in 1974 at Gulliver’s in Paterson, New Jersey. Saxophonist, bandleader and composer Dan O’Reilly, who is part of the music faculty at Coastal Carolina University, has performed on the Winyah stage before as part of the Long Bay Symphony Jazz Quintet. He has appeared with artists like Lou Rawls and Frankie Valli, as well as opening for acts like B.B. King and the Doobie Brothers.
