Jack Thompson: A History of Myrtle Beach Through Photographs

Jack Thompson has photographed Myrtle Beach for 55 of the 75 years the town has been in existence. Hitchhiking down from Greenville back in 1951, Thompson started working at a photo booth the first hour he got here and the rest was history. Enjoy the great times of Myrtle Beach as well as the hard times like Hurricane Hazel and Hugo documented by Thompson.
