FLAVORS FOR EVEYONE: Elegant, Hollywood, yet not overstated is what Wendy Lee Smith and Fran Sauvageau had in mind for their cake. Lemon blueberry, raspberry white chocolate and carrot cake were the flavors of Cupcakes by Cravinley’s masterpiece.RED
INVITATION INSPIRATION: For Jasmin Plowden and Prince Corley’s wedding, the black damask design and the gold color on their invitation provided the inspiration. Gold bows were used throughout the reception and the bride wanted a gold bow on her cake. The skirt of her dress had a scalloped design which inspired the scallops on the small cakes. The black rhinestone center column and trim added the perfect touch of bling. Incredible Edibles designed this truly unique cake.
IT’S A BROWNIE: Jessica Marshall doesn’t really like cake, so for her wedding to Will Cutler she worked with Crady’s Eclectic Cuisine to create five different flavors of brownies, which were uniquely displayed on beautiful vases. Flavors included cheesecake, peanut butter and raspberry chocolate.
SOUTHERN PEARLS: For Leslie Thompson’s Southern-themed wedding to Daniel Bland, what says southern more than pearls? Croissants Bistro & Bakery created this beauty and used the lace from her dress as an inspiration for the piping on the top of the cake.
ABOUT THE BOWS: Carrie Tomchik loves bows and wanted it reflected in her wedding to Mark Passaro. Coccadots created this five-tier cake with alternating flavors.
VELVET STUNNER: Each rose petal was individually placed to create a beautiful large rose on this Incredible Edibles cake for Alexis Gentle and Scott Dominick. The cake flavor was sour cream red velvet and the layers were ombre style from deep rich red velvet to soft pink red velvet.
SIMPLE ELEGANCE: For Juliemar Gonzalez’s wedding to David Furr, they chose to feature the burlap that was used in their wedding decor. Cakes by the Sea delivered the cake of their dreams.
