Horry Georgetown Technical College Foundation will be holding its ninth annual Fund Raising Gala supporting the Culinary Arts Department  scholarship fund and developmental projects. The black-tie event will feature a multi-course meal of gourmet food prepared by professional chefs, paired with fine wine along with a silent auction.
