Held at the Myrtle Beach Pelicans Stadium, the Walk to Defeat ALS raises funds to drive bold and urgent innovation. Participation in the local walk has a direct impact on people in the area living with the disease, as well as their families. Through support groups, education and access to care and advocacy, march toward defeating ALS and providing hope. You can choose a 1-mile or 3-mile route.
