Held each year on the third weekend in October, the Georgetown Wooden Boat Show is one of the Southeast’s best wooden boat exhibits and includes more than 140 classic wooden boats. The event also includes maritime arts and crafts, knot tying, food and music and children’s model boat building. Proceeds from the weekend benefit the South Carolina Maritime Museum.
