With the Georgetown Wooden Boat Show, you won’t have to batten down the hatches for the weekend! This show, produced by the Harbor Historical Association, benefits the South Carolina Maritime Museum. Grab a friend or two and wander around the wooden boat displays (in land and on water), watch boat builders work at their craft, and experience the corrugated boat race. There will also be plenty for kids to do, including children’s model boatbuilding and a youth sailing regatta. With arts, crafts and food vendors available throughout the event, the 32nd Annual Wooden Boat Show is a great way to spend your weekend.
