Cedar Branch Community Empowerment Center will once again host the Fish & Grits Festival in Loris. Families and friends are welcome to enjoy horse and hay rides, karate demonstrations, arts, crafts, and food vendors, a car and bike show, as well as performances by local step teams, praise dancers and mimes, gospel choirs, and more.
