Revolution Mortgage was founded in Ohio, and we were fortunate to have the opportunity to open a location in Myrtle Beach, and recently in Murrells Inlet. We are a locally managed direct lender with strong ties to our community and thorough knowledge of the market.

We offer mortgage products tailored to fit your personal needs, in buying or refinancing your home.

We are so incredibly proud of the growth that our team has seen this year. We are able to employ over 20 people from our community within the first 12 months. In September, we opened our second location in Murrells Inlet.

We realize how important it is to be technology and social media savvy in our industry, and to able to best serve our clients. We have held several social media training programs for our Realtor partners to teach them how to better reach their audience. We also like to educate the consumer on how to be proactive in their loan process.

Like everyone else, life for us changed abruptly with COVID-19, and we had to make adaptations. We have an amazing Revolution family, and it was easy for us to work together and make these changes work. Our company focuses on the importance of using new technology, and we were able to adapt quickly. We also realized that it was not as easy for others to work from home, or “go virtual.” We wanted to recognize and support them.

We began “Meetings of the Extraordinary Minds” led by Stephanie Bohardt. These virtual meetings were held twice a  week and included local community members from many different professions. The purpose of one meeting each week was to inform others of the changes that were happening in the real estate and mortgage industry, answer their questions, and address their concerns. The other meeting each week was to share local businesses. We wanted to hear what these businesses were facing, how they were adapting, and most importantly, how we as a community could help support them.

Our team has been blessed to be able to reach out and help members of our community through charities and fundraisers since we began, but especially during the pandemic. We also encouraged others to safely support local businesses and restaurants, by showcasing them and giving gift cards to help support and boost the local economy. Our team has proven to be extremely resilient and able to work together to overcome obstacles.

We see our branches growing and being able to support and leave a positive impact on our local community. It is important to us to reach out to local charities and foundations, and ask how we can help them. Some of these include Fostering Hope, Help 4 Kids, New Directions Shelter, Children’s Recovery Center, Habitat For Humanity, Solid Roc, and several others. Stay tuned for a very special project that we are fortunate enough to be able to help with.

Our company motto is “Let’s Make Moves” so Let’s Make Moves together!
